Service Description

This is a service for making reservations and translated reservation forms for campgrounds and RV parks mainly for foreign travelers.
Translated reservation forms are only available in English and Chinese with Japanese.

Translated Reservation Form Preparation Cost

3,300 yen per designated campground/RV park reservation. (Same rate for extended stays at the same location)
*Reservations for campgrounds other than the designated campgrounds will be charged 6,600 yen per reservation.
*If the number of vehicles reserved exceeds the second vehicle, please apply for one vehicle at a time with a new reservation.
*The actual campsite fee will be paid separately by the customer on site. *This service is Non-refundable for cancellations or changes after the reservation form has been delivered.

Upon arrival at the campground on the day of reservation

Please show the translated reservation form to the campground receptionist and pay the actual campground fee.
(In some campgrounds that require advance credit card payment, we may make advance payment in advance.)

*In the event of a no-show cancellation for personal reasons, the actual campsite fee will be charged separately.
*Some campgrounds may charge a separate cancellation fee.
*In the event of cancellation, the translation reservation form fee will not be refunded.

When changing reservations

• ①Cancel the campsite you have already reserved using the cancellation form.
• ②Please make a new application for the campsite after the change (separate translation fee).
  *In the event of a change for the customer's personal reason, the translation reservation form fee will not be refunded.
  *In case of unauthorized changes, the actual campsite usage fee will be charged separately.

Precautions

• ・This service includes making reservations at designated campsites and creating translated reservation forms.
• ・Campsite usage fees will be charged separately with this service. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of your reservation.
• ・If you would like to make reservations at campgrounds or RV parks other than the designated places, please make a separate request (6,600 yen per reservation form for the translation).
• ・Booths at campgrounds and RV parks cannot be reservated. Please check in early on the day and consult at the campground through this service.
• ・In case of cancellation, you may be asked to pay a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of each campground or RV park.
• ・In the event of an unauthorized cancellation such as personal reason, you will be charged the actual campground fee and the fee fo translated reservation form and preparation. Please be aware that unauthorized cancellations will result in the loss of all future reservations at all campgrounds and RV parks.
• ・If you wish to change the date of your reservation, please cancel the reserved campsite and make a new reservation.
• ・Reservations and changes must be made 4 days prior to the date of use.
