Service Description

This is a campground and RV park reservation agency service mainly for foreign travelers.

Reservation Agency Fee

3,300 yen per designated campground/RV park reservation, including one vehicle. (Extended stays at the same location are OK for the fee of one night.)
*Reservations for campgrounds other than the designated campgrounds will be charged 6,600 yen per reservation.
*If the number of vehicles reserved exceeds the second vehicle, please apply for one vehicle at a time with a new reservation.
*The actual campsite fee will be paid separately by the customer on site.
*Cancellations and changes are possible after reservation, but the agency fee is non-refundable. For changes, please make a new reservation request. (Additional fee applies.)

*For campgrounds that require advance payment of the usage fee, we will pay the fee on your behalf and invoice it together with the agency fee.

Upon arrival at the campground on the day of reservation

Please show the reservation email at the campground reception desk and pay the actual campground usage fee.
Please tell the reception desk that the reservation name is either your name or the reservation agency company, SHACHU (Nisshindo).

*In the event of a no-show cancellation for personal reasons, the actual campsite fee will be charged separately.
*Some campgrounds may charge a separate cancellation fee.
*In the event of cancellation, the reservation agency fee will not be refunded.

When changing reservations

• ①Cancel the campsite you have already reserved using the cancellation form.
• ②Please make a new application for the campsite after the change (separate fee).
  *In the event of a change for the customer's personal reason, the fee will not be refunded.
  *In case of unauthorized changes, the actual campsite usage fee will be charged separately.

Precautions

• ・This service is a reservation agency service for designated campgrounds.
• ・Campsite usage fees will be charged separately. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of your reservation.
• ・If you would like to make reservations at campgrounds or RV parks other than the designated places, please make a separate request (6,600 yen per location for the reservation agency fee).
• ・Booths at campgrounds and RV parks cannot be reservated. Please check in early on the day and consult at the campground through this service.
• ・In case of cancellation, you may be asked to pay a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of each campground or RV park.
• ・In the event of a no-show cancellation, you will be charged the actual usage fee in addition to the paid reservation agency fee. Please be aware that unauthorized cancellations will result in the loss of all future reservations at all campgrounds and RV parks.
• ・Reservations and changes must be made 10 days prior to the date of use.
